Leadership and Staff

At St Ursula’s College Kingsgrove, we employ a team of highly-qualified and experienced teachers who are passionate about student learning. Our students are well supported by a professional team of administrative staff who ensure that each student is known and cared for. The college leadership team is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the college, and members share common goals based on our Ursuline Vision and Values.

Staff at the college are committed to our Catholic ethos, expressed in our Ursuline Charism. They are dedicated to nurturing the whole student – not just each girls’ academic development, but also her physical, spiritual, emotional and social wellbeing. Our staff understand and value the difference that a Catholic education can make to a young person.

We encourage excellence in all of our staff, who undertake ongoing, innovative professional learning. Just as our students are expected to be lifelong learners, so are our staff. Our teachers are enthusiastic about creating positive partnerships with our parents, students and their teaching peers to support your daughter’s learning and wellbeing.

Importantly, our teachers say that at St Ursula’s, they are able to really focus on delivering high-quality teaching and learning. They tell us that our students are motivated to engage in their learning and are appreciative of the considerable efforts of the team. The college is a great environment for our students, who are offered so many opportunities, both in and out of the classroom, by their very expert and generous teachers.
